QNS reported that Peguero was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer westbound when police said he lost control because of a medical condition. He hit an unoccupied parked 2013 Hyundai Elantra at the northeast corner of 34th Avenue and 106th Street before hitting a fence at 105-19 34th Avenue.
