What We Know

According to the police report, a 28-year-old driver in a sedan traveling south on Fox Street near Intervale Avenue hit a southbound moped rider from behind. The 23-year-old rider was ejected, suffered severe bleeding, was unconscious and died. Police recorded Unsafe Speed and Traffic Control Disregarded by the driver. The sedan driver was injured with hip and upper-leg pain.
