Prosecutors said responding officers observed slurred speech, red eyes and the odor of alcohol, and said a breath test measured Turner’s blood-alcohol level at .132, above the .08 legal limit.
Turner faced manslaughter and drunk-driving charges
Prosecutors said Turner was arraigned before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Dale Fong-Frederick on charges including second-degree vehicular manslaughter, second-degree vehicular assault and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bail was set at $150,000 cash or $300,000 bond, with a return date of April 16, 2024.
