Police reported a death and severe injuries

News 12 reported that police said a woman pulled from the Ford died at a hospital. The station also reported that the driver and three others were taken to the hospital, and that three of the injured people had severe injuries.

Police told News 12 that the BMW driver remained at the scene while a passenger ran away.

Witnesses described fear on the block

Witnesses told News 12 they often saw people partying and racing on the streets in the area, and said they were scared to work night jobs because of it.
