Police described a wrong-way ride on the parkway shoulder

Police said a 43-year-old cyclist was found lying on the roadway around 2:40 a.m. on the Belt Parkway near 4th Avenue in Bay Ridge. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
