Ramos, 27, was riding in the front passenger seat of the Infiniti, according to the city record and reports that identified her by name.

Sources differ on where Ramos was pronounced dead. The Daily News reported that medics took her and the Infiniti driver to Jacobi Medical Center and that she was pronounced dead at the hospital; News 12, citing police, reported that she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Press and city records differ on the injury count. News 12 reported that four others were injured and transported to Jacobi, while the city record lists two injured motorists; the Daily News reported that the Infiniti driver, Cuadrado and a 37-year-old passenger in the Lincoln were taken to Jacobi, and that a 41-year-old passenger in the Lincoln was not injured.
