   Police said Hasan Ibrahim, 25, was riding south on the FDR Drive when he hit a concrete barrier near the Brooklyn Bridge exit and later died.
   Hasan Ibrahim, a 25-year-old Brooklyn resident, died after an early-morning crash on the Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive in Lower Manhattan. NYPD investigators said Ibrahim was riding a Honda CBR500R southbound at about 2:20 a.m. near the Brooklyn Bridge exit when he hit a concrete barrier. Emergency medical personnel took him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in critical condition, and he was later pronounced dead.
